Bean Bag Rental Services and Conditions 

We appreciate your interest in our bean bag rental services for your upcoming event.

Please find below the details of our offerings and conditions for your consideration:

Variants of beanbags available for rent:

Beanbags for your outdoor event  “Transformer” : large waterproof beanbags rectangular shape for 2 adults or 3 kids. Available in various colors, with or without straps. You can find detailed descriptions and check the availability of each color through this link: Beanbag Transformer.

Quantity Limitation: The maximum number of outdoor 2-seater bean bags available for rental is 10 at one time. 

Here's a breakdown of the rental costs for “transformer” beanbags:

• 2-4 Bean Bags: HKD 350 each /48 hrs
• 6-10 Bean Bags: HKD 300 each/48 hrs      
  
  
• Delivery not included (approximate ) :
  2 - 3 beanbags, two ways 400-500hkd
  4-10 beanbags two ways 800-100hkd 

*Delivery to the event venue is not included in the rental fee. However, we are more than willing to assist you in arranging delivery through our trusted partners GoGoVan and Lalamove. The shipment fee is approximate according to our experience.

Beanbags for your Outdoor event "Playroom” : a 1-seater, classic pear-shape beanbags, which are available in 4 colors. You can find detailed descriptions and check the availability of each color through this link: Playroom Beanbags

Quantity Limitation: The maximum number of “Playroom” bean bags available for rental is 20 at a time. 

Here's a breakdown of the rental costs for “Playroom” beanbags:

• 2-9 Bean Bags: HKD 250 each /48 hrs
• 10-20 beanbags HKD 220 each/48 hrs
• Delivery not included (approximate ) :  
  2 - 9 beanbags, two ways 400-500hkd (van)
  10-20 beanbags, two ways 800-1000hkd (truck)

Beanbags for Your Indoor Events

Classic pear-shaped beanbags for 1 person, available in various colors, fabrics, and sizes. Choose from three distinct product options to match your event’s color theme, or combine beanbags from all three to create a setup as unique as your party.

1. Corduroy,  soft to touch beanbags, size M and L

2. Cotton, classic retro, size S, M and L

3. Water-Resistant, faux suede material, 3 natural colors: beige, brown and grey , size L

Rental Conditions:

For a smooth rental experience, please take note of the following conditions:

🛻Bean Bag Delivery and Pickup: We will provide the bean bags to you one day prior (or same day in the morning) to your event, allowing you ample time for setup. After the event, our team will coordinate the pickup during our regular business hours. Kindly note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

🧾Advance Payment: To secure your desired bean bag quantity and ensure a seamless rental process, we kindly request payment at least 10 days before your rental date. This allows us to reserve the bean bags and necessary fillers exclusively for your event.
